Beagle Renters Kit Program (RBP)

This is a full resident benefit package program that starts at $4. Includes products and services traditionally desirable for tenants. Move in concierge, ID protection, credit reporting, air filter delivery (Extra $4) just to name a few. This program also includes 2 optional tenant benefits, a Tenant Legal Liability (Comparable in coverage to standard renters insurance) and a Security Deposit Reduction. Also included, our industry leading AI technology communication with the tenant on important subjects such as late payment, move out instructions, third party insurance verification etcetera all included in the Beagle Renters Kit program. You set your PM dollar markup and receive a share of underwriting income.

Tenant Legal Liability Program (Comparable in coverage to standard renters insurance)

If you're not interested in a full resident benefit package program (RBP), the simplest and easiest program to install is the Tenant Legal Liability Program as a standalone product. This is a no brainer and every property management company regardless of size or if they are involved with a different RBP provider, should offer the tenant an option for their Tenant Legal Liability . Simply offer a one page lease addendum where the tenant checks a box and is automatically covered for $100,000 liability and their choice for their personal content coverage. This program offers monthly administrative fees to increase your cash flow and Beagles’ unique additional revenue source through our structure of allowing you a portion of the underwriting income

Security Deposit Protection Replacement or Reduction (SDP)

This would be an add on to the Tenant Legal Liability (Comparable in coverage to standard renters insurance) Program. You can either use this program to eliminate security deposits or simply reduce it by a substantial amount. This gives the tenant additional incentive to move into one of your units by being able to retain additional funds That normally would have gone towards security deposit. You earn an administrative fee monthly per policy in addition to a share of the underwriting income.

Pet damage protection

If your tenants have pets, add this additional protection and revenue source. This is an insurance policy for the property owner from excess damage done by tenant’s pet. This gives the tenant $1500 towards damage to the rental property done by tenant’s pet in addition gives an additional $10,000 worth of liability coverage for dog bites or other actions tenants pet does to other individuals. You earn an administrative fee monthly per policy in addition to a share of the underwriting income.

You're already doing the work of monitoring repairs to your property owners’ properties. Why not offer and profit from a home warranty product that you have control over. This is a one year term policy renewable year after year and provides property owners protection against failure and breakdown of major components of their rental property.
